Hi

I'm having a hard time decreasing my body fat. I had a baby 1 yr ago and I am in the best shape i have ever been. I run quite a bit, around 25 - 30 miles a week. I eat pretty clean although i'm not much of a eater so i generally eat 3 meals a day.
I can see my top 4 abs slightly but i want to be able to see them completely. I still have a little belly fat.

Any advice? I am limited with time as i have a 1 year old and i watch a 6 month old 4 days a week

Getting your abs to show requires a very low bodyfat %. This can be achieved threw proper diet and exercise. Running that much is good, but is that the only exercise u get??? Also watch what you eat. 80% of weight loss is threw diet
Hope that helps :P

I'm still running, currently training for a 1/2 marathon and a marathon and i've seen some reduction in body fat but still have a tough time with that last little bit. I also play soccer twice per week.
My gym finally reopened so i am able to get there at night. I would like to find a quick weight workout that will just tone and not require too much effort as majority of my energy goes into running.
Don't know if i'm making sense at all but hopefully it does.

That's great info mike but I'm training for a half and a full marathon so i can't reduce the amount of cardio. I need a exercise plan is will help tone without drawing too much energy away from my running. I am also playing soccer twice a week on top of running around 30 miles.

I've heard the i should do a full body workout twice per week with high reps and do one exercise per body part. What do you think of that?

Also, are there any supplements you would recommend? I need a diet plan that requires min preparation...i've got a 14 month old and i watch an 8 month old. Should I use protein powder? If so, how much and when?

Sorry for all the ?'s. Just looking for some guidence!
