Ive been struggling with losing my belly fat! You should see this belly! Ive recently been going to the gym, mainly running 1 mile and doing legs and arms. I still need to focus on a good diet and losing the belly fat, making the boobs smaller, arms tone, legs tone, thighs smaller, actually have abs, loss weight in the face! HEEELLLPPP! How do i get to my goals! I need to find someway to get a healthy and nice body!

There are thousands of threads in regards to this topic...use the fitbuddy below...just type in abs...you could also read the FAQ forum at the top of the message boards...lot's of great ideas there...good luck to you and welcome to FT.

I can relate to you. I have a 1 year old and a 4 month old so I am still trying to lose unwanted belly fat along with all over body fat. I have lost a lot and I am still losing. As far as diet I have reduced my carbohydrate intake, reduced amount of fried foods, added lean protein, added more vegetables, less sweets, and I eat 5 small meals in the place of 3 big meals. Small adjustment make a big difference. Drink lots of cold water( at least 64 ozs). As far as a workout I have been doing hiit along with a full body toning routine designed by ft. I am also doing the 12 week ab program. Just try to eat healthy and try to stay motivated to work out. If you get bored with the treadmill, do something different so you won't get burned out. Are you familiar with hiit? The results are unbelievable! I have been doing hiit for a couple of weeks and I can tell a big difference. Try it and let me know what you think. Lifting weights is excellent. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. Don't forget those ab excercises.
