Just found a fun site that has playlists provided by professional trainers. You can also submit lists or search lists provided by members. Go to www.championo2cool.com and check it out

Hold your head up because you have every right to. Tell yourself you are a great individual and believe in yourself, for if you don't believe in yourself, no one else will believe in you either.

You can make of your life anything you wish. Create your own life and then go out and live it.

I listen to Barbara Striesand. Try it. It pisses you off so bad new PR's are easy.

You don't have to pretend it pisses you off Charlie...we all know why you listen....

I like stuff from the 80's...husband says I'm a dork...songs like Jessies Girl and Footloose do not constitue workout music.

This may sound strange then again some may say they do the same but I listen to myself and stay focused and concentrate real hard.

When I 1st started in the gym I had the dvd and headsets going but did rid of it when I got really serious.

Thing is for me and maybe it's just me because I see a Professional BodyBuilder just about daily in there with headsets on but for me I can't focus in on a good workout and listen too tunes at the same time, I get to lost into the music and pay more attention that that and not to my efferts, form and ect.

I'n also A.D.H.D so like I said it may just be me.

alright that site had one love from bob marley and the wailers as the first song of the playlist. i dont think so. anger motivates me when working out, listening to some slow song about one love and one heart just doenst hit that spot. it should be under the 'getting your lungs a workout by smoking up' then chilling category

I made a post a while back in another thread about what I like to listen to. Since the topic is up in the air once again I must say, Hip Hop is my favorite. Mainly mix tape type stuff. By that I mean Dj Green Lantern, Dj Kay Slay, etc. Mix Tapes are the best for working out to 'cause all the material is raw stuff that the record label wouldn't want to release themselves. A lot of beef'n and shit talkin. My all time fav artist to work out to though is by far DMX, he is cold and hard. Even the metal heads can appreciate his style. To top it off he even has a prayer at the end of every CD that helps me with my wind down. If any one hasn't heard him I suggest doing a routine to at least one of his Cd's, or just listen to one song.

Depends on what I'm doing. If it's just a weight day, whatever's on the ipod shuffle (Police, TMBG, BNL, Swing etc.), if it's cardio, techno & pop (Dr. Alban is great for cardio).
