am i doing something wrong

hello everyone just wondering if i am doing anything wrong because it has been a month since i measure myself but instead id loosing i have gained inches...i do cardio 2 times aweek for 20-30 min pe session and to lifting 3 times a week..just wondering if this is normal..i know i will not see results fast but did not consider that i will actually gain inches..is this normal:)..a bit dissappointed this morning but will drive myself to do better for ment months measurement

what is anything about you like - you have no profile, you tell us nothing about yourself, your program or your eating plan and yet we are supposed to magically know what you are doing wrong?

hello maxcdc.. i eat 3 meals a day and occational snack ..its always rice with meat as my husband doesnt want to eat anything else being asian. i eat i have no idea to how much calories etc i am eating as i am very new to exercising so not had much time really to look at my diet as i am also very busy with looking after my 2 kids( 2years old and the pther 4 months).i must say that i eat less than i did before ...i can now control myself, before if i see crisps or chocolte i just have to eat it but now i just have fruit or sometimes just water...im not gving up or anything it actually made me realize i have to do more and work harder to shed the inches..well thats it really hope ypu can give advice or something ...thanx


regarding my lifting i am only lifting about 4 kg ....to to heavy compared to others but i am just starting and i dont really know what is the best weigh to start i know everyone is different but is that to light do you think i do break out a sweat when i do it..i think im just really out of shape... well hope thats enough info

and one more thing im 5ft 2 in. i dont really know my weight coz im not really bothered about that i an more into the inches..is that a wrong approach to exercising

sorry for going on and on hope someone can advice about what i am doin....if you need more info please just ask and am always willing to learn
