I am a very active 16 year old. I run track, cross country, and play soccer.

I eat mostly healthy foods. I'm working on cutting out some sugars and fats.

I would like to know some TRIED AND TRUE ab workouts. I'm trying to get my way to a 4 pack.

Is that a realistic goal for a 5'8" 140 lb girl?

Yep, diet, diet, diet....did I say diet? All the ab exercises in the world will not do you any good other than make them stronger and harder, but not visible. They will grow under the layer of fat that hides them now.
