Over the past 2 months I have dropped from 210lbs to 180lbs
I am 37 and 5 foot 10"
first by cutting out most carbs
daily menu was, no breakfast (can't face food in the morning)
Lunch - melon and bananas
dinner, meat and veg, no potatoes, rice, pasta, bread or fats
drinking lots of water at least 3 litres a day
I got down to 190lbs
I started gym 4 weeks ago and I now eat
Breakfast and lunch Promax Diet high protein shake (past week)
I am also taking Inferno fat burning capsules (past week)
Dinner meat and veg and about 3 times a week I will add small portion rice/veg
Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri, I spend 1 1/2 hours in gym
first 1/2 hour doing cardio (HIIT) on cross trainer
then weights alternating every day from stomach to upperbody
I also do Kung Fu every wednesday which starts off with a good 45 mins of cardio exersise, running, sit ups, crunches, press ups etc, lots of stretching then sylabus work
My stomach is really flabby,I'm presently 27% body fat
My BMI has dropped from 35 to 26
Am I doing my routine well?
should I be introducing whey protein after weight training?
any tips would be very very grateful
I want that flat stomach, so guess I need to loose another 14 to 20lbs
please please help
thanks
Johnny

I have a question on the workout portion. Why do you do cardio first then weights? I would switch that. That way you have more energy for the weights and can do cardio after.
Also instead of switching upper body and stomach, why not do upper body and lower body?
I personally think you need to eat more. Find out how many calories your body needs for your goals. Then track how much you are eating daily and adjust where necessary. But I think you are taking in way too few calories.

I'm new to all this
I thought cardio first then training
I think when I said stomach, I meant lower body, doing squats, sit ups and all the machines that state lower body/stomach area
should I up my carbs or up my protein intake?
should I be taking protein shakes after training?
any help would be very grateful
