arm jiggle anyone?

i've notice since my pregnacy alot of skin became lose and flabby belly and arms especially. that was 3 yrs agoand now more then ever i want to get toned i've been doing upper body and ab workouts as well as cardio and total body workouts. been doing since january of this year i've noticed muslce build and my abs firmed alittle bit, i still have jiggle and flab any help or info to help loose the flab?

I've given up expecting I will have the firm body I had as a youngin.I am quite sure it has to have something to do with genetics...my husband is only 2 years younger than me and he is still firm everywhere...even though he has put on about 15 pounds in the last 8 months,and he doesn't work out at all any more.There is always room for improvement...but to blast it all away I'm not to sure about.I'm sure if I took on the regiment of a body builder I may get close...but I don't have that much drive!!:)
