Ok, ok i know you guys have heard enough about these vein threads on how do i bring out my vascularity?
Well i've asked this many times but there must be some way i work out so hard i'm extremely aerobic and strong at the same time my brothers veins stick out so much they look like the hulk how come i can't be like that! I'm much fitter then them!

I did not know that being fit meant that your veins stick out like the "Hulk". All this time I thought I was fit.

I have no idea...I'm just getting a kick out of this yoga stuff...sorry to hijack the thread!!:)

Lower your body fat. Lift with very high intensity. I get a lot of viscularity when I lift on the verge of muscular failure .
