ive done a bit of research into creatine before i decide wether to take it or not, most of the time its seems like you cant lose, im 16 is this too young to start taking creatine? why is it important to cycle creatine?(6 weeks on 6 weeks off) also is it better in tablet or powder form?

You don't need it when you're 16. Your body is reponding at it's best to food, training, and sleep at your age. Save your money and stick with a good solid diet and training program. The only supplements I would suggest for you would be whey protein and a good multivitamin/multimineral.

Your body prodcues creatine on its own daily in the liver by combining the 3 amino acids Arginine, Glycine and Methionine. As you age, your creatine making abilities diminish.

alright guys thanks for the help, so i guess theres no point in getting it, ill probs just wait until i go off to uni before i take any supplements that seems to be a wiser age
