Hey I just started one of the At Home routines here and one of the things it's having me do is dips behind the back. Once I was finished, my triceps didn't really feel a burn (even though they're the target area), but my chest, more specifically, my ribs, almost felt like they were going to give way and collapse.

I figure I must be doing something wrong, but I'm doing what the description says to do.

Has anybody experienced this, or know of it, and know what I'm doing to cause this?

I have no clue on your experiance but The dips do a good whole upper body work out. Especially in the chest. Maybe your arms are a bit stronger then your chest. Make sure you have good form and range of motion.

if you lean forward when you do them it targets your chest more. try and keep perfectly upright and look forward not down. good luck...
