I guess I have to start a new thread:

My brother gave me his old benchpress, with the weights and all. They add up altogether to 160 lbs, and they have 2 'handles' so that I can use them as free weights as well, so basically I have access to a benchpress, and freeweights. I'm 16 years old, and not that big(about 5'8, 140 lbs), so I can't utilize the whole set yet. I was wondering if someone could post a weightlifting routine for the week that I can follow, that can get me fit and cut. I'm not sure when I should work each part of my body, and what exercises are best to do that, and what parts of the body even need working. I'll be doing cardio at least 3 times a week during this (is that enough?).

If someone could post an effective weightlifting routine I could follow (pointing out what parts of the body I should work out on each day) and possibly about how many sets I should do, and how many reps in each set (I don't wanna just be doing something for nothing), and could also tell me what days in that routine are best for cardio, I'd be very greatful.

I've done searches on the internet, and near all of the results just give me an article with all kinds of crap about weightlifting, but never actually what you should workout, and how/when you should do it.
