I Need to loose weight

Hi my name is Leah im 5'8 and 152 lbs. Im not looking to be really skinny i just want to loose some of my extra weight. Any advice?

Examine your diet. An excess of calories is what makes you gain weight. The opposite would be true to lose.:)
