I am naturally a muscular girl. Ive been swimming since i was 7, therefore, my arm and shoulder muscles are larger than most women. My arms are big, but they are not defined. I wish my arms were just a tad bit smaller with a defined muscle. I stopped swimming regularly last year and i go to the gym and run everyday to stay in shape. Is there any way i can get my muscles in my arms more defined? if i stop working out, they just look fatty.. but i dont want my muscles to be gigantically big. Help?

Lift weights! You will not gain a lot of mass like a guy but it will help to bringout the muscle. ALso need to clean up the diet.

i do lift weights! i probably lift my arms once or twice a week, and my arms are bigger, but they still arent defined? When i flex they look defined but other wise they look fatty. and i have trouble working the back of my arm.

Clean up your diet like mutt said

You wont be able to see them if there's fat covering them. Lower your body fat percentage and they'll be more visible.

Throw in cardio to speed things up.
