Leg Raises

Hi

I tried leg raises for the first time today and I have a problem.
I was able to lift my legs and keep them up without much trouble, at least until my upper body was lifted up by the
weight of my legs, kind of like a see-saw.
I think my legs might be too heavy or too long. Is that possible?

You have to hold yourself down.
