I'm just wondering if doing 12/10/8 reps of increasingly heavier weight is better than doing 12/12/12 reps of the same weight? I am currently doing 12/12/12 reps of a weight that feels challenging, but after talking to some friends am thinking that maybe I should switch to 12/10/8 to start challenging myself a little more?
