hi,

I am 25. biseps 16. Working since 2 yrs.

Although I have good chest size ,The shape is not good. At times it is embrassing.

I work my chest 2 times a week and inlcude sets like dumbell fly and flat and deline bench press to improve the shape but this has not helped.

Please advise.

post ur whole lifting program ....


what do u eat? to gain weight u must eat more calories....

size is not a concern area but shape of the chest.

I think he meant triple post in the fact that you posted this same thing 3 times.
