Hi guys,
I would like to do 4 days of weightlifting (Shoulders, Chest, Arms, Back). 30 min of Cardio on two of those days.
1 seperate day for Exercise Ball routine
1 day of swimming
Will I be overworking myself? I want to weight train for appearance, but I also want to do the other activities for health benefits. Any advance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
