hi i just wondered..

im 5ft 11", i weight 13st 5lbs
im eating 800 cals a day
60g carbs 30g protein 20g fat

i've been doing lifting on and off for the last 2 years, though i've hardly one any in the last 7 months (since i've been with my partner, lol)

i wondered if it was ok to do 2 sets of 40 minutes rowing a day...say...one at 6pm and again at 9pm.

i wont be doing any lifting during the week, just cardio...

i just wanted to know if this was a good idea....or if i could end up with saggy skin from losing weight too quickly

anyone help?

Hi redgrocer.May I ask why at 5'11 and 135 pounds you would want to lose weight? That sounds thin to me.And I know 800 calories a day is not nearly enough calories.I would suggest using the fitbuddy to do a search and figure out what a healthy diet would be for you.As far as 80 min of cardio a day, that seems extreme also.

Sorry redgrocer...In the specific diet and nutrition forum there are two threads by BB1fit called "max dietary deficit for fat loss" and "Diet thread" that have a lot of really good info, you could start there...good luck to you!:)
