The program I used was a once a week program and I saw great results. I haven't seen my muscles or the "Cuts" in my arm muscles in years so once a week I believe would work. Men's Health magazine came out with a study saying that you can work your muscles about every other day though so I just started doing that for most of the larger muscle groups. I will see if that works out better for me in a few weeks. I guess it depends on your goals. Mine was weight loss and definition for the one day a week program.
