Okay, you want a new workout? I found on Father's day, playing "TAG" with my 9 and 12 year old, along with thier 11-14 year old friends to be quite challenging around the playground. Talk about sprinting and climbing the play equipment as a total body workout. And, it was a fun way to spend father's day with the kids. Good times!

Good for you. It's funny how easy it is to forget the simple fun things in life. We went for a roller blade for Fathers Day and it too was a great outing!

Thanks for the replies. I use my 20 pound baby for behind and above the head triceps as well and holding her in front of me for a while really makes my biceps burn. Can't wait until she is a little older so I can strap her to my back and run with her...well, maybe we will stick to the running stroller. :)
