I wanted to know if someone could help me...I just bought a 14' trampoline for my son, well for me too. (I'm a big kid) and as I was bouncing and having fun I had an idea. I figured since I am moving and doing so much maybe I can incorporate this into helping me loose weight. Does anyone know of any fitness plan including a trampoline?:(

I don't know of any specific routines,but I know after jumping on ours with my kids for awhile my heart rate is up and I can feel it in my legs!So I would say just have fun with it for 20 minutes a day and see what happens.

Just bounce around and have fun! Move your legs in diff positions while jumping,and wave those arms...

You can google for trampoline exercises....but i think if ur having fun....while burning calories...!! Thats the best as u will do it again....dnt do something boring...u wont want to do it again
