When you need just that extra push from the inside, what music do you listen to that gets you further into the zone?
Me personally: InMe - Underdose, The Automatic - Monster, Disturbed - Down With The Sickness, System of a Down, or something opposite with a heavy bassline i.e. DMX (our secret)
Find i can push myself that much more; is it just me as i live for music, or does music really help some ppl push through that burn threshold?

Metallica....All songs
Korn...Twisted Transistor
Godsmack...I Stand Alone
Godsmack...I F###ing Hate You (great if someone pissed me off recently)
And many more on my MP3...but those are the ones I'll intentionally go to if I need some extra push
To steal a quote from someone else on here...Heavy Metal to lift Heavy Metal!!

I have kinda given up on the bigger arms at this point. I wanted to hit 21 inches but I think 18.5 is all I am gonna get. LOL but yes my intensity will go up more starting thursday!
