help on cutting/tonning of muscle

does any one know the right step to cutting muscle . . .i heard that by reducing weight n increasing more reps . . .but i dont really know what the right steps. . .can some one pls help and write down the full correct steps pls which how many set and reps are needed . . . thks lot:big_smile:

Do not cut weight and increase reps....this will indeed lead to a literal intrepetation of your post...(cut muscle). :big_smile:

I am quite sure that is not what you really want to do.
