ive been working out almost everyday for the past 2 weeks,
5days in the weight room 6 days running,
i was wondering if that is the reason im starting to get sick,
either way is there a way to get over a runny nose faster than going to the Dr.?

yes that is way too much. When you lift and run it can lower your immunity and or cause flu like symptoms. Stop doing anything for 3-4 days and just rest and eat.

At a maximum try to workout (run or weights) 5 or 6 times a week. Maybe 3 days of weights and 3 days of jogging and 1 days rest. What your doing is way to much and odds are you're not eating 4000 calories a day to account for the acitivity.

Noticed you're in cross country...is Running required 6 days a week...if so you might want to focus on that and worry about weights at a later time cause it's very difficult to put on mass with such a strict cardio schedule. Just mark a calendar to do a bulk in the off season from your training. You can still workout in the gym, but don't kill yourself trying to put on mass.

what if i ran 6 times a week, and weight room 3 times a week, is that still too much?

Right now im not in cross country because school just let out, but in about 3 months it will be, and by the end of my summer me and my friend should be doing about 40-50 miles of running a week, so what you said makes sense, and no i wasnt gettin 4000 calories even thought i was eating ALOT, or to me it was alot, Well thanks for the help, and i feel like CRAPx2 right now... i think its just gettin worse... and i got the ACT test tommarow great... lol
