How come the fitness plan leaves out decline fitness for chest workouts? Also I have realized that all the muscle workouts on my plan only have about 2-3 workouts per muscle... should I consider including maybe 1 more workout into my schedule? thanks.

The different levels for the program change according to what you select. If you signed up for the beginner program, it's not as difficult as say the intermediate or advanced. You can add exercises or just take it to a different level.

dont do more than 2-3 exercises per any muscles...it's a beginners mistake to do 100 exercises for the same movement or muscle group....there's absolutely no need...I usually do 1 ,2 tops....

Which is why you see people doing dumbbell flat bench, with barbell bench, dumb bell flys with machine flys. Why work the same muscle 3-4 times. My thought is that if you can do all that you did not work it enough the first time.
