What one meal do you look forward to eating the most? One that you prepare yourself, that if made to, you would most like to eat all day long!

I LOVE Chicken Lasagna. I cannot give exact quantities but it is something like this...

1 package of Healthy Harvest Lasagna
1 package of boneless skinless chicken breast
1 package mushrooms or one large onion
Skim Milk
Enriched Wheat Flour
Crushed garlic (you don't have to use this)
1 package of Fat Free Bordens/Kraft cheddar cheese (use whatever you want) Slices
Salt and Pepper to taste
Olive Oil

Directions:

Cut chicken into strips, fry it in olive oil and garlic unitl browned
Add some flour until all oil/water is absorbed
stir in skim milk, simmer until thick

Chop mushroom or onion, fry in oil until tender/browned
add flour, then skim milk

Combine all, stir in some salt and pepper

boil noodles

Get out some cookie sheets or shallow baking pans, lightly grease them

lay a noodle out flat, drop a large spoonful of chicken mix on the noodle and roll it up/flatten it

Bake covered for 10 minutes, then uncover and put a slice of cheese on each and bake until sufficiently melted/browned.

DO NOT OVERCOOK!! Noodles will get hard.

I should have qualified the above question with 'healthy'. I would PREFER to eat NY style cheesecake with strawberries all day long. I did mean however, something good for you....

My favorite healthy food is beginning to be cottage cheese.

I like my egg whites with cinnamon, apple slices and sun flower seeds that I always eat around 3-4 pm -and that's every single day!!!
People in my gym tend to make fun of me when I'm eating it thou, but it actually has a rather good taste!!

I'm tired of eating my broccoli with egg whites in the night thou...... Here I wish I could eat something else (and with a niiiiiiice greasy sauce as well!!!)

I dig cottage cheese too Cains, but it seems we are in the minority. Thanks to one of your prior posts Philia I have a new breakfast. I have been making the eggs whites, banana, oats, and milk-shake. I add Flax oil, cinnamon and honey to it though. Man it is good and filling.
