i am a college student who is going on a cruise in about a month...AKA wearing a bathing suit. i am not FAT, but i am alot more flabby than i use to be. i always played sports in high school and i was toned, when i came to college i stopped and started drinking a lot more. I want to loose about 10-20 lbs for the cruise, and i was wondering if anyone had some good tips for fast weight loss?

We preach safe and effective weight loss here. And 10-20 in a month is a little high. You might see 8-10 in your first month on the high side. 1-2 pounds a week is a safe amount to spare lean body mass. You rbest bet would be to workout with weights 2-3 times a week to help firm you up and do cario 2-3 times a week to help slim you down. Keep one day a week dedicated to full rest and keep your workout days and cardio days seperated. Good luck and welcome to FT!

In addition to the last post. That is all bearing in mind your eating and drinking are in check.:)

If you loose the weight too quickly..you are gonna gain it all back during or after the cruise anyway..with all the booze and food they serve
