Hi and welcome, My diet is to eat constantly :), but thats because my goal is to gain weight. You should fill out your profile so everyone here will have a better idea of what you are trying to accomplish(gain/lose weight, get in shape). Be sure to start a program here at ft, so you can be on your way to a desired physique A.S.A.P.

Trying to gain muscle weight so my diet is very high. Mostly high carb, high protein.

I'm cycling my carb intake depending on how much weight that I have to loose. My proteins are always quite high thou (around 140-150gr) I avoid all saturated fat and the intake of insaturated fat depends on my carbs -low carb days, more fat and the opposite.

Everybody is different. I've tried several things but this is what works for me.
