i just bought this new cereal called "GO LEAN" (its popular up here in Canada). 1 cup contains the following:
190 cal
14 protien
1.5 fat
31 carbs
2 bowls of this cereal, with skim milk would give me a combined
552 cal
44 protien
3 fat
86 carbs
I'm guessing, this would be an excellent source of lean protien and a solid post workout meal for someone who wants to build muscle and build fat. Right... ??

You'll find them in most grocery stores, typically in the organic or health food section. I buy mine at Dominion.

I'm in Canada, so as I said, most grocery store carry them, like Dominion, Whole Foods. I think the cereal is about 4-5 bucks a box, if I remember correctly. I even bought it in a drug store once where they were just selling some off for some bizarre reason.
