Not trying to be short.....but no. You have given us no information to base a decision on. Take a few minutes and fill out your profile a little more in depth.

yep..fill out your profile..

You should also lift weights 2-3 times a week...get some moderately heavy dumbells if u dont...

depending on your goal...I would do 20-30 min of HIIT on any of those cardio machines......say cardio 3 days a week ...each day different machine....do it on days off from lifting...

keep the bike sell or trade the others in for a squat cage...bar, and 300 lbs of weights.

IF you need any other cardio.. theres always the pavement or the highschool track.

45-60 minutes of cardio burns the most fat..if you plan on just doing cardio, then you're set..however lifting weights does have its benefits

I disagree heavy weight training burns more fat as in squats. 45-60 mins of cardio care to back that up?

They're more than likely not gonna work for you ba. Even if they're not in the pro forum, Mutt is cutting them from his sign in which is pro. A free member would have to cut and paste it for you.

Just a thought, but if you remove the "pro" in the link, it will more than likely work.
