as i have read many topics on this site, hiit cardio training has been a big topic..from the majority i have read about it, it is good because at such a high intensity, it speeds ur metabolism up much more compared to that of moderate, long lasting cardio..however, doing cardio for a longer period of time, for instance 40 - 60 mins, is proven to burn the most fat..so my question to everyone is...what would be the best way to go if i wanted to burn fat as quickly as possible, but maintain my lbm as well? (of course doing cardio in a nutshell would be best)
