Just bought some "cellmass today" -Creatine ethyl ester(powder form). It says to take post workout however in many other discussions ive heard if you take half before and half after a workout it gives you a little pump for the workout. Just wondering if this would be the same on this product and if you think it may be better to take it this way in order to see more gains. I also took my shake before taking the cell mass and i later read i should take my shake about 20-30 minutes after taking cell mass... Ill have to remember that for next time i was just wondering what is the reason for this. Write back if you know anything about this product or can provide any info regarding it.
