Hi..this may be a dumb question, but I'm just getting started...what are some good ways to stretch and warm up for high intensity cardio?? I don't want my ankles to burn...
Just walking is a good way to warm up before your intense cardio. Regular walk, walk on toes, walk on heels...are all good ways to warm up. Try about 5min before you start your intense cardio.
