hey is good to drink a protein shake before work out and then after work out?

Most go with post workout - mix protein with simple carbs such at dextrose and maltodextrine, drink 1/2 right after you are finished and the other half over the next 30-45 mintues

As a suggestion title your posts with at least part of your question instead of 'help' or whatever else...

I prefer to drink protein shakes PWO...although you can do whatever you prefer...
