Ever since I have been training my squat and bench heavy (and deadlift too, though I am spending a couple of weeks in between strength training on it since it is very taxing), it seems like all my other lifts are either more coordinated, i.e. less wobbling or are flat out stronger. Today I absolutely punished my biceps like never before and I was wondering if this strength in other exercises is due to my strength gains in the squat bench and dead etc.
