Take your PWO shake with some simple sugars after you complete your routine. Abs being part of it. So after the abs. Drink 1/2 right off, then sip the other 1/2 over 30 minutes. Have a meal 1-2 hours later with a decent protein source and complex carb. Make sure your earning your PWO shake. Your abs exercises should be done with resistance(weight).

Your abs are like any other muscle in your body. If you do not add weight or resistance you give them no reason to adapt or grow. For example holding a 45lb plate in your hands while doing crunches. That adds more resistance.

Of course if your looking to lose fat you need to work on your diet first. By adding weight you can build muscle in that area but still dieting is the key.

Iron and chalk.

Pain is only temporary, it is in your mind. If you can still walk, then you can still run.

What exactly are you working if not abs in your routine...abs are present in every single exercise you do....especially ones that get you results like squats, deadlifts, etc....

take shake after you're done working out...

In order to continue to see results you must increase the difficulty of any exercise...which can be anything from doing sit ups on a ball, legs out vs bent(on leg raises), using decline bench, holding a plate/DB, or using cables for added difficulty/resistance...
