when your working lets say ches/tri/shoulder in a day...do you do all the chest excersies, then all the tri's, then all shoulders, or jus do 1 chest, 1 tri, 1 shoulder, then another chest, then another tri...etc...

ALways work the larger groups first then the smaller. ANd always do one group before moving on. Of course that is unless you are supersetting one group with another. But 99% of the time you will do chest then shoudlers then Triceps

thanks for the fast reply, also wondering then, with the list of excersies i have for lets say the chest. Should i just do 4 sets of one excersie for the chest, then another 4 sets of another excersie, or should you do maybe 1 bench press, then 1 dumbel fly...etc
