What can be considered a full tricep workout? I use the tricep extension machine and the pull down machine for a palms down and palms up tricep pull down. However, I dont feel that these excercises are hitting the muscles good enough. What can you guys recommend?

Thanks

As Tiger mentioned, skullcrushers are awesome. Try doing some French curls, close-grip bench, and overhead dumbbell extentions too.

Also, check your form when you're doing the pressdowns. Make sure your arm from your shoulder to your elbow is parallel with the rest of your body. People have a tendancy to lean forward when doing these - DON'T!!! As always use slow, controlled, fluid movements regardless of what excercise you're doing.
