Hey all! Im currently cutting. Im 20yrs and wiegh about 74kg and im about 5 feet 9 inches( cound't seem to update my profile).
Anyways. Should i do super sets after each exercise of my workout or i should do one set after my last exercise?
And another question.....I Do HIIT training 3 times a week in the evening on none wieght days if i can. What should i take suplament or food wise so i don't loose muscle.10x for any replys
A good scenario is do your heavy sets, then do a couple supersets/dropsets, whatever. This will insure maximum intensity(intnesity is what saves muscle) while burning a good amount of calories. (burning calories leads to a caloric deficit, thus a fat loss).
