I am about to start a workout program on free trainers.I have done minimal working out before (some press ups and crunches)
However when i tense up, my right ab muscles and larger and more defined than the left side.
If i do normal crunches will this improve this or make it worse. What should i do?
Also the right pectorial is slightly more in shape than the left, will normal pressups fix this or make it worse.:(

I think there are very few people with equal abs, and as far as I know this is just something you have to accept, as for the pectoral try using a pec dec with the smaller side only.

Do heavy chest work, do not isolate one side. It will simply fail when it is exhausted.

Doing heavy chest work in a balanced manner can actually make the weaker side predominately stronger as it will overcompensate for it being weaker and may actually become stronger.
