Hello,
I'd like to know if it's possible to gain mass or to make bigger the glutes, especially at the sides. I mean the outer part of the glutes, to make them look wider, esp as if I had more hips. ALso, If my buttocks are kind of flaccid, I hope with exercise I can lift them, but I fear my glutes will look more compact, like directed to the center.
