Well i have recently been lifting more than usual and after my first workeout i was feeling very sore. My questions are:
1.do i wait for the muscle tissue to heal before i work that specific muscle again?
2.if for example my biceps are feeling sore, can i work out my triceps, or will that add to the soreness?
I been told to wait at least 48 hours before working out that muscle again. I like the 3 day workout that the computer gives me - I get to work biceps then wait 2 days & then do the triceps which seems to give plently of time to get over the soreness.
