if i eat my last meal at 7pm, get off work at 9pm and decide to do cardio for about 45 minutes to lose fat, can i come home and go straight to sleep???? or should i eat something (which i really dont want to do because its around 10pm and im gonna be hitting the bed)
I did this for my last contest every night. I would have an eggwhite omlette before bed. Good protein, good fiber, and will not go to bed hungry. Cook them in olive oil.
