I've been at it 7 weeks with very little change. Weight training twice a week and aerobics 5x @45minutes. I consume no more than 1085 calories with 25 or less from fat. What am I doing wrong?
I'm 5'7.5" and I began at 154lbs and 37% body fat. Today I am 159 with 29%. I'm not sure if that % is accurate because I did not use the same scale. Also my meausurements have not changed at all. I do feel stronger and fimer but maybe that's just my wishful thinking.
What do you guys think

You actually may be taking in too low an amount of calories believe it or not. You are taking in no more than 6.5 calories about per lb. This is one thing to start with.
1000 calories is pretty low, I would suggest slowly going up with good food to 10 calories at least per lb.
Then adjust your macro ratios to 50/20/30 p/c/f, ideal for losing fat slowly.
How is your protein intake, what type of carbs are you eating?

-breakfast is usually a meal replacement shake and fruit
-mid morning is a protein bar and juice like v8 or gatorade
-lunch is tuna or chicken and a salad or lean cuisine and a salad. or a shake if I'm on the go.
-lite snack in the afternoon usually a protein bar and juice.
-dinner is whatever the family is eating (in moderation) or lean cuisine and a salad
Also I don't drink soda or coffee and I drink water constantly. Ive never been a big eatter, always really picky. I would like to rely on prepacked bars, shakes ect. I also take a multi vit/min and creatine. Carbs mostly come from pasta and grains. What are some good sources of protein? Is there a supplement that I could try?

I can see from your diet that you arent taking in any decent whole grains, enough fruit and vegtables...Having the occasional protein shake and bar is OK,but I wouldnt replace them as a decent meal.I only drink protein drinks after a work out..
If you arent eating properly, your body is going to burn muscle for energy and you wont loose any weight, nor will you see any decent muscle mass.Your caloric intake seems way too low in order to sustain all the exercise you are getting..
The program here told me 2000 calories max and I average about 1700 for the day and I have lost 5lbs in 4 weeks and lose 6 inches overall...and I dont do near the exercise you do.I lift 3X per week, pilates 2X per week and walk about 2 miles per day.
My eating is
Calories 1,971 kcal
Carbohydrates 296.0 g
Proteins 148.0 g
Fats 24.1 g
I would seriously rethink all the cardio you are doing and increase your weight lifting..I feel its a better fat burner anyway...

When I was younger I was bulemic and eating is sometimes a challenge for me. I will try to up overall calories to about 1600 and throw in real food for breakfast and dinner. But Lunch will be tricky, I go from work to a class at noon so there's really no time for anything more than a shake or something.
As far as working out I will hit the weights 3x a week. But how many times per week is sufficient for aerobics? I don't want to overdo it but I do want to burn some fat.
Also is it best to workout early in the morning and if so should I eat first or no?
Thanks guys

I would work out it out like this
Weights-Mon,Wed,Fri
Cardio-Tues,Thurs
It is good to workout in the early morning, but I dont advocate not eating beforehand..I know that some people say that its OK,but I think you need the fuel in order to have a successful workout,so have a carb/protein before you work out and after you work out
