Green tea is nothing in calories. Tons of health benefits. Don't buy that already made stuff in the stores, brew your own.

I had kidneys stone a few years ago and had to have test ran to find out how I recieved them. I was told it was from drinking to much regular tea. My doctor sugested that I drink green tea. I love it but also need to add splenda to it. I was wondering if there are many calories in green tea with splenda and how much should I consume per day?

Hey, I also second your choice for green tea. I drink a few cups daily, and love it and prefer it to regular tea. At a local asian mart I can buy a container of Chinese green tea for $4.00 and change. I also buy Chinese Oolong tea which is also another very healthy choice. The loose leaf will have some caffene in it which I prefer, and also like to drink one 1h to 30min prior to workout.

But I do think the Chinese teas (green and oolong) are better then non Chinese ones.

But enjoy, its much better then putting down a pepsi!
