Thigh fat in both men and women is hard to lose. You cannot target the area, though it feels like it with your exercise. YOu are in fact targeting the muscle and burning calories. This coupled with proper diet will shed the fat. Work your entire body, and create a caloric deficit. This is the way fat is lost, and it will come off wherever it wants to, but in the end it will come off where you want it to also.

DIET!!!
Take a minute and fill out your profile so people will have a better idea of who you are and what your goals are.
What I said about diet though is true.
Exercising in conjunction junction whats your function?...sorry...exercising in conjuction junction whats your funcion?...damn it!!...exercising in addition to diet is fine, but DIET is what will shed the fat.
Take some time and browse the specific diet and nutrition forum, even more specific, look at the "grocery list for healthy eating" thread
and the "diet thread" thread there.
