We can definitely help you come up with a workout, however you need to fill in a bunch of gaps....
age, gender, level of experience, weight, height, current workouts(try to be fairly specific),etc...things like that....
I would generally go for big lifts to train the whole body (for general strength/power, etc)and then add elements that are important to bowlers(specitivity to your sport)(rotational exercises, rotator cuffs, additional lower back work,etc)...Also as bowlers and some other athletes tend to use one side more than the other....you need to train the lesser used side in the weight room with additional unilateral work to maintain balance in your muscles....

boxxer, what menace is getting at is you need to fill out your profile so people know who you are and what your goals are. Go to "FT profile and inbox" and fill out your profile, only takes a few minutes. Good luck and welcome to FT!

Maybe if he'd been fit he wouldn't have died of heart disease...seems like a good reason to be fit to me!!!

-------------- Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.

i bowl frequently myself in leagues and tournaments... level means are you a beginner... like whats ur average score.... also you need to consider how much times per week you bowl.... the main thing i try to consider working on is defanitely upper body. think about how you throw the ball... what muscles are being worked out? i have an unorthodox way of bowling so my workout is a little be stranger... but sometimes if i dont stretch before a match i usually end up pulling a muscle (especially in my upper arm)... so dont forget to stretch!
-------------- That's the fastest time ever run - but it's not as fast as the world record.
