I dont really know how to phrase this question concisely but... let's say that I need 2500 calories a day to break even (not lose any weight). If I eat 1000 calories more, how many pounds gained does that roughly convert to if I have a normal diet (chicken breast, salad, maybe a coke, some junk food maybe, etc)? and let's just say that additionaly 1000 calories is chicken, rice, brocoli, milk, orange juice (I guess you could say 1/3 protien, 1/3 carbs, 1/3 everything else). Can you even look at it that way? just wondering...

1 pound is 3,500 calories.. but what your body does with the excess calories will depend on your metabolism and training.
