You mean John Frappier's FAST program?

Yea, now they have a bunch of different programs like sports specific programs and ground based programs. www.accelindy.com is the indianapolis site. Have you ever tried John Frappier's FAST program?

Yes, as a matter of fact I have. Though I spend a large portion of my time reviewing things like this, so if it's popular, I have probably heard of it at some point or another. Point being, hearing about it doesn't mean anything in terms of effectiveness.
I do believe Dave DePew did an interview with him. If I can find it, I'll post you a URL.

I did not say I did the program. I merely stated that I constantly stay up on top of things, and this allows me to be familiar with whats happening in the strength world. Honestly, I doubt the "program" is anything more than a conjugated training sequence specialized for track. If you were wondering what the best speed trainers in the world are training with, that is it.
