I don't know if this even exists. Someone already told me that the belly was the last thing that came off when you lost weight. Well the thing is, with me, I could live with the size of my body right now if it wasn't from my stomach. I've never had children, but I've always had a belly. If I do situps, I feel my stomach getting harder, but only under the fat. Is there any exercise I can do get the fat off my belly before any other part of my body?

From my experiences Running, Skipping (rope jumping.) The main thing obviously is a healthy, clean diet if you have that you wont have to do sit-ups you might not see changes fast but that’s normal you have to stick to your routine no matter how long it takes if your determined enough that fat will be off before you know it.
You will have to continue exercising even after your results payoff if you want to keep it of course. I have only been skipping for about 3-4 days and have already seen results in my abdominal, chest & legs and increased Vascularity.

Unfortunately, spot reduction is virtually impossible. Get your diet in check, and burn calories in addition through energy expenditure, and the fat will come off.
